He is survived by: his wife Justa Isabel Montano; his daughters, Juanita Whyte (Jack), Wanda Montano and Helena Gallego (Humberto); his stepchildren, Ramon Rivera, Iris Violet Rivera Ruiz and Javier Rivera; and his brother Marcos Montano. He is also survived by several grandchildren and great grandchildren as well as many nieces and nephews.
