He is survived by: his parents, Beverley Kasten (Everett) and Howard Kasten; his wife Judy Kasten (Senter); his stepchildren, Nicholas Bunnell (Lisa) and Ashley Bunnell (Jon Mathieu); his sister Kate Kusman (Scott); his nieces, Andrea Burgess (Matt) and Marissa Kusman; his great-niece Nevaeh Kusman; his great-nephews, Gabe Kusman, Emil Burgess and Eli Jackson; and his stepgrandson Lucas Bunnell. He is also survived by friends and family.
