Anton of Winthrop Harbor, Illinois, born in Chicago, Illinois, who passed away on April 4, 2024, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Donald L McElroy and Kathryn J. Patterson McElroy; and her sister Kathleen Susan McElroy. She is survived by: her husband Kenneth Anton of Winthrop Harbor; her children, Kenneth Anton of Winthrop Harbor and Catherine Anton Sandberg (Doug); her grandchildren, Claire and Thea; her brother Donald McElroy (Julie) of Peoria, IL.; her nephew Tim McElroy (Chelsea) of Wauwatosa, WI; and her niece Sara McElroy of Dunlap, IL..
