She was predeceased by: her parents, Evald Nelson and Marjorie Nelson. She is survived by: her husband Addis Orear; her daughter Gina Garza (Orear); her son-in-law John Garza; her grandchildren, Gigi Garza and Jack Garza; and her siblings, John Nelson (Gladys), Gerald Nelson, Janet Nelson and Sue Kuchta. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, grand-nieces, and grand-nephews.
