We are sad to announce that on October 9, 2020, at the age of 76, Gerald Grana of Winthrop Harbor, Illinois, born in Waukegan, Illinois passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Gerald Grana to pay them a last tribute.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Ross Grana and Johanna Grana; and his siblings, Geraldine, Suzanne and Dave.

He is survived by: his wife Jacquelyn Grana; his children, Shelly Adams (Jason), Jerry Grana (Cynthia), Steven Grana (Jillian), Garrett Grana (Fabiola) and Shannon Spandet (Chad); and his siblings, John Grana (Joyce), Carol Miller (Rich) and Dan Kuhl (Joan). He is also survived by his nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be sent to Our Lady of Humility for the food pantry, Helping Hands, or to support families in need.

“We are so sorry for your loss. Gerald, we always called him Butch, has been a friend of our family for as long as I can remember. When he came to visit he was always kind, respectful and easy to talk to. As my brother Lloyd became ill Butch would call me to check on Lloyds health.
