With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Dorothy Phemister (Winthrop Harbor, Illinois), born in Lancaster, Wisconsin, who passed away on August 4, 2021 at the age of 99. She was predeceased by: her parents, Harvey Julius and Claira Julius; her husband Virgus Phemister; and her siblings, Kenny, Elmer, Lavern Julius, Leona Kirkman and Velma Bose.

She is survived by: her children, Sherrie Swindle (Junior), Shirlie Russell and Vern Phemister. She is also survived by eight grandchildren, 13 great grandchildren and three great-great grandchildren.
