He is survived by: his daughters, Teresa Chumbley (Dale) of Camp Lake, WI and Christine Tate (Bill) of Winthrop Harbor, IL; his sister Karen Pankow (John); his grandchildren, Christina Stark (Bill) and Cody Tate (Rachael Johnson); and his family, Sue Johnson and Tracy Plummer.
