It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Barbara Jeanne McDowell of Winthrop Harbor, Illinois, born in Iroquois, South Dakota, who passed away on December 4, 2020, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. She is survived by: her husband Joe.
