With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Patricia Ellen Milliken of Winslow, Illinois, born in Freeport, Illinois, who passed away on November 15, 2021 at the age of 71. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Clarence Stumbaugh and Charlotte Stumbaugh (Colvin); her sister Sandra Calderon (Frank); and her friends, Karly Huber and Janice Wilson.

She is survived by: her husband Michael Milliken of Winslow; her children, Brad, Jenny Milliken of Winslow, IL, Lyle and Erin Rich of Machesney Park, IL.; her grandchildren, Joseph, Hannah Milliken of Winslow, IL, Abby, Emma and Madilyn Rich of Machesney Park, IL; and her sister Janice Kaiser (Robert) of Lena, IL.

In lieu of flowers or cards, donations may be made to the SSM Health Monroe Hospice Home.
