He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Adelaide and George; his stepmother Dorothy; his friend Swiss; his wife Julia; his children, Mike Kohler (Liz) and Michele Kane (John); and his grandchildren, Peter, Elizabeth, Nick Kohler, Marie, John, Thomas and Katherine Kane.

In lieu of flowers donations may be made in Tom's honor to the Alzheimer's Association.
