He is survived by: his spouse Debbie; his children, Kailey Castino Bates (Chris Bates), Nick Castino and Kaci Castino; his parent Mary Rose; and his siblings, Cathy Barnard, Chuck Castino, John Castino (Wendy), Roger Castino (Chris), Billy Castino (late Deb), Julie Forrestal (Stephen), Dan Castino (late Heidi) and Carolyn Castino. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
