He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Stracks and Freda Stracks; his sister Mickey; his brother-in-law Danny Spiegel of New York City; his sister Joan; and his siblings-in-law, Marty Steiner of Louisville and Nancy Friedlander of Florida.
He is survived by: his wife Julie; his children, John Stracks (Lisa) and Lesley Stracks-Mullem (Jeremy); his grandchildren, Anneke, Harrison Stracks and Zeke Mullem; and his siblings-in-law, Margo, Arthur Crafton and Alan Friedlander. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and cousins.
