It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Robert L. Berner Jr. (Winnetka, Illinois), who passed away on August 5, 2022, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his wife Sheila Reynolds Berner; and his sister Noel Berner Hoyt. He is survived by: his children, Mary Berner (Sally Whaling), Louise Berner Holmberg (Michael), Robert L. Berner III (Libby), Sheila Berner Kennedy (Chris) and John R. Berner (Eileen); his grandchildren, Molly (Michael) and Bobby Moriarty; and his great grandchildren, Rhett Robert Nash and Eleanor Berner Kennedy.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to either.
