He was predeceased by: his parents, Ellis Yale and Joanne Yale; and his brother William Yale (Doris). He is survived by: his wife Dianne Yale; his children, Mary Murray (late Kurt), John Yale (Keri), Martha Leinenweber (Thomas) and Thomas Yale; the parent of his children Jean Yale; and his grandchildren, Martha Murray, Jack, Charlie, Patrick, Mimi, Brynn Yale, Katie Ahlstrom (Charlie), Tommy, Peter, Mary, Betsy and Annie Leinenweber.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to: Mesulam Center for Cognitive Neurology and Alzheimer's Disease.
