He is survived by: his friends, Dee and Glencoe; his children, Kelly (Kullick), J. P. and Mike; his spouse Tim Kullick; his grandchildren, Megan, Kevin, Eleanor, Burke, Greer, McKenna and Reid; his siblings, Mary Candace McIntosh, Tom McIntosh, Richard (Diane Crotty), Ken, Alissa and Alexis Lovett; and also Dunne.

Visitation will be held on Saturday, February 1st 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Sacred Heart Church (1077 Tower Rd, Winnetka, IL 60093). A funeral Mass will be held on Saturday, February 1st 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location.
