He is survived by: his wife Cindy; his siblings, Vickie Fourqurean (Frank) of Caseyville, IL and James Hutcheson (Shelly) of Rockford; and his siblings-in-law, Kenny McKitrick (Deb) of Fairfield, IL, Mike Jamison of Loves Park, Steve (Lynn) of Traverse City, MI, Jeff (Julie) of Rockford, Brad Jamison of Rockford and Deb Rogers (Chuck) of Loves Park. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.
