She was predeceased by: her parents, William Johnson and Emmogene Johnson (Douglas); her brother Scott Johnson; her father-in-law George Molitor (Donna); and her siblings-in-law, Ken, Donald Molitor and Donna Jean Gabric.

She is survived by: her husband Jerry Molitor of Winnebago; her sons, Jason Molitor (Nikki) of Chandler, AZ and Chad Molitor (Dawn) of Belvidere, IL; her granddaughters, Hallie and Abigail Molitor; and her siblings, Barbara Levens (Tom), Yvonne Johnson, Rusty Johnson (Jane) and Bill Johnson (Stacey). She is also survived by nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be sent to the Furlong Funeral Chapel, 100 Carol-don Court, Galena, IL 61036 in memory of Sandie.
