It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Robert George Devine of Winnebago, Illinois, born in La Crosse, Wisconsin, who passed away on February 25, 2023, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Frederick Elmer and Elaine Henrietta Devine (Panke); and his siblings, Edward Devine, Frank Devine, Richard Devine, John Devine, Patrick Devine, Joanne Sagen and Mary Rudie.
He is survived by: his wife Carol Devine of Winnebago; his daughters, Heather Pazera (Jeff) of Winnebago and Nichole White (Mike) of Byron; his grandchildren, Ashlee Jarvi, Zac Jarvi (Kelsee Loveridge), Ava Pazera, Austin White and Delayne White; his great grandchild Enslee Jarvi; and his siblings, Donald Devine (Cindy), Anne Dunn and Noreen Carlson. He is also survived by several nephews and nieces.
In lieu of flowers a memorial will be established.
