He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Padgett and Virginia Padgett. He is survived by: his children, Elizabeth "Liz" Mortimore (Robert), Larry Lee Padgett Jr., Brenda Woodard (James), Debra Foxhoven, Laura Ramsey (Tom) and Rebecca McElmeel (John); and the mother of his children JoAnn Webster. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren, and great-grandchildren, as well as nieces and nephews.
