It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joseph Graber Huggins of Winnebago, Illinois, who passed away on March 9, 2022, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, John Leo and Elizabeth Magdalene Huggins (Graber); his grandson Thomas Huggins; his brother John "Jack" Huggins; and his brothers-in-law, Donald May and Thomas Metcalf.

He is survived by: his wife Sally Huggins; his children, Paula Huggins and Ronald Huggins; his grandson James "JJ" Huggins of Winnebago; his sisters, Elizabeth Harris (Ted) of Viroqua, WI and Vicki May of Menominee, MI; and his sister-in-law Vera Huggins of Baltimore, MD. He is also survived by several nephews and nieces.

In lieu of flowers a memorial will be established.
