She was predeceased by: her parents, Emmanuel Marshall and Lucille Winifred Fry (Reber); her husband Charles Melton; and her brothers, Norman Fry, Roy Fry and Harlan Fry.
She is survived by: her children, Michael Saylor (Dawn Stockdale) of Durand, Teresa Enna (Dan Rinehart) of Rockford and Ryan Melton of Winnebago; her grandchildren, Samantha Enna of Rockford and Alexia Sockwell of Rockford; her sisters, Janis Kampmeier of Pearl City and Sue Jansen (Lynn) of Winnebago; her sisters-in-law, Bette Dunbar (Fry) of Rockford, Esther Fry of Lena and Marguerite Johnson (Fry) of Dakota; her aunt Elise Fry of Mt; and also, Tiger Scout, Eagle Scout and Morris. She is also survived by many nephews, nieces and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, a memorial will be established.
