We are sad to announce that on December 26, 2018, at the age of 96, Evelyn Mae Dirksen (Winnebago, Illinois), born in Oregon, Illinois passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Clifford James and Gertrude Ione Carr (Jones); her children, Paulette Ritter (Chuck) of Machesney Park, Darrell Dirksen (Sue) of Rock City, Pam Butt (George) of Durand and Debra Storey (Ralph) of Rockford; her brother Larry Carr (Sally) of Leaf River; her husband Paul Dirksen; her siblings, James Carr of Arthur Carr and Marvlene Manus; and her great grandchild Michael VanBibber. She was also cherished by 12 grandchildren; many great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers a memorial will be established.
