She was predeceased by: her husband Thomas Joseph Fisher; her siblings, Beverly Tighe, Lyle Severson and Gordy Severson; and her great grandchild Cash Aron Guzman.
She is survived by: her siblings, Yvonne Blaylock (Bob), Wayne Severson (Wanda) and Kenny Severson (Marge); her children, Keith Fisher (Sandy), Lynette Asche (Mike) and Leon Fisher (Donna); her grandchildren, Amanda Smith (Billy), Tarina Frisella, Kurt Fisher (Kelsey), Angie Willoughby (Daniel), Melissa Yoder, Katie Asche, Abe Fisher (Ann) and Jason Fisher (Shannon); her great grandchildren, Trent (Laura), Elijah, Chase, Giovanni, Leela, Iris, Roman, June, David, Norah, Jacob, Paige, Alayna, Ryan, Ronald Ray Jr., Bella, Ashlee and Michael; her great great grandchildren, Ari Cash Oliver, Kai and Freddie; and her close friend Warren Jones. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews.
In lieu of flowers, Elsie requested that donations be made to St. Jude's in her honor.
