We are sad to announce that on January 18, 2023, at the age of 89, Donald E. Harrison of Winnebago, Illinois, born in Keokuk, Iowa passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Donald E. Harrison to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Tanner Harrison and Bernice Mildred Harrison (Huston); and his sisters, Delores, Laura Freeman (Duane), Way and Amelia Craw.
He is survived by: his daughter Jennifer; his wife Connie (Silver); his son-in-law Mike Hutson; his grandchildren, Shayleigh Nelson (Craig), Sierra Adams and Tanner Bussan (Isabelle); his great grandchildren, Mia, Ava, Sophia Nelson and Eli Bussan; and his sister Beverly Frey (Tom). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and extended family.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Gideons International or Serenity Hospice. Family would love to hear about and encourage donations of time or supplies to charities close to Don's heart such as: Veterans' organizations, homeless shelters, food pantries, churches or missions.
