Mullins of Winnebago, Illinois, born in Rochelle, Illinois, who passed away on August 1, 2023, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Everett Mullins and Doris Mullins (Garritson). He is survived by: his wife Barbara Merriott; his sons, David Christopher Mullins (Angie) and Gregory James Mullins (Joe Berean); his grandchildren, Sierra Armstrong (Edwin), Addison Gerber (Justyn) and Tyler Carrion; his great grandchildren, Braelyn and Charlotte Armstrong; his siblings, Melanie Mullins and Larry Mullins (Jorja); and his caregiver Alicia. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
