He was predeceased by: his parents, Jessie McKinney and Rosie McKinney (Norris); his sons, Curtis and Rodney; and his siblings, Eugene, Jim and Evelyn.
He is survived by: his children, Randy McKinney and Chris McKinney; his grandchildren, Christopher McKinney, Shane McKinney, Jessica Winger and Gabriel McKinney; his close friend Babe Sowl; and his siblings, Bill McKinney (Shirley), Corina Jones (Ralph), Ruth Overstreet and Jackie Caltagerone (Russ). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
