He was predeceased by: his parents, J. H. Junior and Louise Parker (Hornsby); and his siblings, Billy Parker (late Nora) and Debra Wilson. He is survived by: his wife Margaret A. Parker; his children, Margaret L. Parker, Thomas Parker (Charlene) and Christine Stern (John); his grandchildren, Brian Parker, Kelly Stern, Meagan Parker, Brittany Stern, Shannon Parker, Trinity Stern and Matthew Parker; and his stepbrother Larry Bishop (Kathy). He is also survived by many relatives and friends.
