He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Francis Gordan Bridge and Gloria Ann Bridge (Fortier); his daughter Shannon Bridge Ellerthorpe (Shane); his grandson Aidan Bridge; his stepgrandchildren, Katelyn and Michael Ellerthorpe; his brother Timothy Bridge (Ann); his nephew Adam Bridge (Haley); his great-nephews, Benjamin and George Bridge; his great-niece Maeve Bridge; his niece Jessica Dager (Ben); his great-nieces, Haven and Elizabeth Dager; and his great-nephew Tim Dager.

The family has requested that any donations in honor of Stephen be made at a local animal shelter of their choosing.
