He was loved and cherished by many people including: his spouse Dorothy Rose; his children, Richard F. Rivers (Patricia P.) and Carolyn R. Rivers (David W.); his grandchildren, Lauren E. Rivers, Allison M. Bennett (Marc E.), Sarah R. Pritchard (Nicholas A.), Stephanie R. Gretsch and Kendall F. Gretsch; and his great grandchildren, Hannah, Joshua Pritchard and Elsie Bennett.
