He was predeceased by: his parents, Lavern Horsley and Vera Horsley; his wife Winona Horsley; his siblings, Ruth Wilmott and Jack Horsley; his parents-in-law, Estil and Bessie Franks; his siblings-in-law, Paul Franks (Nancy), Nancy Hedgcock (Herb), Joan Osborne (Bud), Garret Franks (Sheila), William Clyde Franks (Jamie) and Rhonda Wiltgen (Steve); and his nephew Adam Pearson.
He is survived by: his children, Shelley Kay Sanders of Alliance, NE and Timothy Raymond Horsley of Winfield, IL; his granddaughters, Whitnie Jones of Alliance, NE, Keelie Torres of Lincoln, NE and Bethanie Sanders of Lincoln, NE; his great grandchildren, Ky-Ray, Tateum, Tay, Shyn, Maliah, Draven, Gianni, Saibri, Railyn and Annlee Fern; his sister Patsy Brandon of Livingston, MT; his siblings-in-law, Margaret Napthine (Peter) of Livingston, MT, Loretta Goben (Wayne) of York, NE, Estil Franks (Diane) of Glendive, MT, John Franks (Dee) of Livingston, MT and Kathy Bailey (Rick) of Austin, MN; and his nieces and nephews, Eva Pearson, Allen Kent, Penny Uecker, Angela Brandon, Rob Brandon, Don Brandon, Kim Horsley, Keri Raney, Chris Horsley, Valerie Anderson, Cheryl Anderson, Rod Goben, Tana Albin, Krista Staley, Michelle Bailey, Mark Franks, Scott Franks, Ty Franks, Lanie Ketcherside, Sunday Franks, Tyler Franks, Tanner Franks, Jason Franks, Ric Baileykaze, Talia Cambell and Steve Franks.
