She was predeceased by: her parents, William J. Sams and Hazel M. Sams (Witt); her husband Robert A. Wheatley; her son Mark Wheatley (Colleen); and her grandson Brandon Wheatley.
She is survived by: her children, Kathy Marusarz (Eddie) of Petoskey, MI and Craig Wheatley (Dianne) of West Chicago, IL.; her grandchildren, Elaine, Matt Wheatley, Steven, Joel Marusarz, Nathan, Leah and Brett Wheatley; her great grandchild Hailey Wheatley; her brother Mack Sams; and her caregiver Marie. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
