Jordan of Winfield, Illinois, born in Chicago, Illinois, who passed away on May 24, 2020, at the age of 59, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her father Eugene T. Jordan. She is survived by: her husband Richard Cooke; her mother Dorothy Jordan (Barrett); her children, Jordan DeFrank, Madeleine DeFrank, Grant Cooke and Adam Cooke; her sisters, Terrie Jordan Beckman and Kathie Jordan Lyons; her nieces and nephews, Robert V Schuttler, Lindsey Schuttler Vargas, Molly Lyons Werner and Patrick Lyons; her aunt Joan Barrett Gebhardt; and her uncle Anthony Gebhardt.

Due to the unforeseen and unfortunate pandemic The Celebration of Life Funeral Mass will be private to uphold regulations.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to hospice center JourneyCare at JourneyCare.org or Defeat Glioblastoma at defeatgbm.org.
