It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Angela J. Adkins (Winfield, Illinois), leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents Lily and Percy Wellard; and her sibling Sandra. She is survived by : her spouse Anthony "Tony"; her children, Lucy Causier (Rich), Andrew Adkins and Anne-Marie Adkins; her grandchild Evelyn Causier; and her siblings, Valerie and Stephen. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, donations would be appreciated for NAMI DuPage, 115 N. County Farm Rd., Wheaton, IL 60187.
