We are sad to announce that on January 7, 2024, at the age of 74, Stephen E. Baker of Windsor, Illinois, born in Shelbyville, Illinois passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Harold Baker and Edith Baker (Bolin) of Windsor; his wife Catherine Scott; his daughters, Stephanie Smith (Anthony) of Hazelwood and Elizabeth Baker of Azle, Texas; his siblings, Janet Daily of Sullivan, Colleen Quigley of Windsor, Kathy West of Windsor, Jessie Nelson of Allenville and Scott Baker of Rochester; and his brothers-in-law, Keith Nelson and Tim Daily. He was also cherished by numerous nieces and nephews.
In Stephen's honor, memorials may be made to the American Heart Association or the donor's favorite charity and mailed to Lovins-Lockart Funeral Home, P.O. Box 52, Windsor, IL 61957.
