With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Rosalie Ann Marshall Jacobs Newell Coleman of Windsor, Illinois, who passed away on December 30, 2022 at the age of 74. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Kenneth Wayne and Cleo Elinor Marshall (Clapper); her children, Greg Jacobs (Kathy), Margaret Jacobs and Lillian Michelle Kemper (Anita); her brother Edward Clapper Marshall (Loretta Byers); and her niece Sara Marshall.
