He was predeceased by: his parents, Neil Lowman and Viola Lowman. He is survived by: his wife Mary Whelchel Lowman; his aunt Joyce Glover of Hoopeston; his sister-in-law Brenda Van Ness (Dan); his nephew Michael Van Ness (Katie); and his cousins, Brad Glover, Vicky Atkins and Gayle Vecillio.
