She was predeceased by: her parents, John A. Russell and Florence A. Russell (Krietemeyer); and her sister Martha Sue "Marty" Diehl. She is survived by: her husband Joe Briggerman of Windsor, Illinois; her children, Jeff Briggerman (Sara) of Chatham, Lori Warner (George) of Gays, Lisa Warner (Mark) of Gays and Michael Briggerman (Jill); her grandchildren, Tyler (Allison), Brak (Jackie), Spencer (Andrea), Emmett (Emily), Blair (Nolan), Jordan (Lindsey), Jesika (Dylan), Kelsey, Cody (Michelle), Cassidy and Jacob (Morgan); and her siblings, John Russell (Kathi), Dottie Newlin (Steve) of Mattoon, Cathy McKimmy (Tim) of Gays and Karen Andrews (Ron Brady) of Trilla, Illinois. She is also survived by ten great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, February 12th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Thursday, February 13th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the First Christian Church (190 E 6th St, Neoga, IL 62447). A funeral service was held on Thursday, February 13th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are suggested to Sarah Bush Cancer Center.
