It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Lawrence Wayne Manley of Windsor, Illinois, born in Vandalia, Illinois, who passed away on March 3, 2021, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Lawrence Edward and Joyce Manley (Hoover); and his brothers, James Edward and Charles Dale Manley. He is survived by: his wife Merna Manley of Windsor; his children, Ron Manley of Windsor, Lisa Mowry (John) of Gays and Susie Smith (Rick) of St. Joseph; his brothers, Roy Manley (Sarah) of Ramsey and Kenneth Manley (Joann) of Clinton; and his grandchildren, Michael Mowry of Sullivan, Erin Trimble (Travis) of Sullivan, Delaine Florey of St. Louis, MO and Carson Florey of St. Joseph.
