He is survived by: his daughters, Ashley McKay (Jared) of Neoga, Brittney Lewis of Toledo, Natasha Lewis of Toledo, Miranda Lewis of Watseka and Paige Lewis of Perryville, Missouri; and his siblings, Michael Lewis of Findlay, John Lewis of Murphysboro, George Lewis (Souri) of Shelbyville, Illinois, Pat Roy (Norman) of Kansas City, Shirley Douglas (Bill) of Neoga, Marsha Plunkett (Maurice) of Perryville, Sue Malloy (Bruce) of Churchill and Rose Cruze (Jesus) of Perryville, Missouri.. He is also survived by seven grandchildren.
