He was predeceased by: his wife Janice Rehm; and his sister Mary Catharine Locke (late Richard). He is survived by: his children, James S. Milligan, MD (Jill) of Indianapolis, IN, John M. Milligan, MD (Connie) of Phoenix, AZ and Catharine M. Kramer (Tom) of Wheaton, IL. He is also survived by nine grandchildren; and 26 great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, May 24th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the College Church (332 E Seminary Ave, Wheaton, IL 60187). A memorial service will be held on Saturday, May 24th 2025 at 4:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made in Jim's honor to the Benevolent Care Fund (https://www.covliving.org), Covenant Care of Windsor Park, in recognition of his lifelong faith and service.
