He was predeceased by: his parents, Wylie M. Freeman and Mamie Freeman (Campbell); his wife Betty Fay Lovely; his children, Ernest D. Freeman, Bobby Freeman, Ronnie Freeman, Beverly Stovall and Barbara Cabanas; and his siblings, Marion, Frank Freeman, Josephine Berry and Sarah Margaret Floyd.
He is survived by: his grandchildren, Kristin Heinz (David) of Windsor, IL, Jessica Stovall, Jeremy Polgar, Nick Polgar, Alex, Andrew Cabanas, Justin, Joshua, Marissa Freeman, Kari and Sean Freeman.
