He is survived by: his wife Beulah Welch of Windsor; his children, Gail Rincker (Russell) of Windsor, Libby Hilligoss (Darrell) of Windsor and Lee Welch (Melody) of Windsor; his grandchildren, Rory Rincker, Rusty Rincker, Lindsey Barnard of Windsor, Mitch Hilligoss of Mattoon, Jodie Edwards of Cowden and Shain Prahl of Wesley Chapel; and his sister Phyllis Chumbley of Monticello.
