He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Edward and Helen Voris (Wheeler); his son Jeremy; his sister Janis Roney; and his close friend Gary Lovett.
He is survived by: his wife Linda Daniels; his son Derrick Voris (Amber); his daughter-in-law Ashley Voris; his grandchildren, Patton of Windsor, Emery of Windsor, Jordan of Windsor and Bailey of Windsor; his sister Tami Bragg (Tim) of Mattoon; his brothers-in-law, Dennis Daniels (Kyoka), Mike Daniels and Strasburg; and his close friends, Michelle Lovett and Mia of Windsor.
His contributions to the Windsor Fire Department were substantial, serving as Fire Chief for eight years during his 50-year tenure.
