He is survived by: his wife Judy; his children, Susan Lowe of St. Charles, Joe Leo (Jane) of Drake and Peter Leo (Laura) of Matthews; and his grandchildren, Emily Leo, Maggie Brinks (Keith), Daniel Leo (Janel), Leah Lowe, Nathan Lowe, Erin Leo and Madeline Leo.
