With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Chester Parrott of Windsor, Illinois, born in Decatur, Illinois, who passed away on October 10, 2021 at the age of 77. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Parrott and Lucille Parrott (Jones); and his brother Michael Parrott. He is survived by: his pets, Buddy, Sissy and Kashi; his wife Pamela Parrott of Windsor; his sons, Richard Parrott, Sr. of Windsor and Tracy Parrott (Janet) of Toledo; his grandchildren, Richard Parrott, Jr. of Dixon, Jordan Parrott of Utah and Jenna Parrott of Toledo; his brother William Parrott (Janice) of Weslaco, TX; and his sister-in-law Sharon Parrott of Maroa. He is also survived by two great-grandchildren.
