We are sad to announce that on November 6, 2019, at the age of 63, Barbara Hilligoss (Windsor, Illinois), born in Shelbyville, Illinois passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her fathers, James Hart and Monte Marie Hart (Furr). She is survived by: her husband Floyd Hilligoss; her children, Katie Harley (Chris) and Tyler Hilligoss; her grandchildren, Georgia of Windsor and Gibson Harley of Windsor; and her siblings, Mike Hart of Shelbyville and Marla Shoaff (Don) of Shelbyville. She is also survived by her children and grandchildren.
Bobbie was a dog lover so in lieu of flowers, memorials may be made in Bobbie's name to Saving Orphaned Animals-Shelby County, 120 S. Morgan Street, Shelbyville, IL 62565 or Coles County Animal Shelter, 6818 N Co Rd 1120 E, Charleston, IL 61920.
