It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Allen Slater of Windsor, Illinois, born in Pana, Illinois, who passed away on January 3, 2021, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, John Slater and Mildred Slater. He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth; and his daughters, Pam Uptmor (Gene), Sandy Hopkins (Clay) and Jill Roy (Stephen). He is also survived by four granddaughters and ten great-grandchildren.
Memorials may be made in Lee's name to the Windsor United Methodist Church, the Windsor Fire Department or Sarah Bush Lincolnland Hospice and mailed to Lovins-Lockart Funeral Home, 207 N. Oak, Windsor, IL 61957.
