He was predeceased by: his parents, Peter E. Wade and Frances Evans Wade; and his siblings, Ellis "Sonny", Larry, Lloyd and Janet Wade.
He is survived by: his former wife Nancy Fearneyhough; his sons, Peter Wade (Katie) of Indianapolis, IN and Bryan Wade of Jacksonville; his grandson Jack Wade; and his sisters, Vickie Wade of Jacksonville and Nancy Haskell of Ashland, MO. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Memorials are suggested to the Scott County 4-H Fair or an education fund for Jack Wade.
