He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Curt and Jean Talkington. He is survived by: his parents, Kevin Rollins (Tracy) of Winchester and Marla Talkington Rollins (Jess) of Patterson; his brother Eric Rollins (Elizabeth) of Pleasant Plains; his nieces, Alexandra and Adelyn Rollins; his nephew Andersen Rollins; and his grandparents, Juanita Rollins of Roodhouse and John Rollins of Patterson. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, and cousins.

Memorials are suggested to the American Cancer Society, Mandy's Whine and Bark or the Hope House at Siteman Cancer Center.
