She is survived by: her granddaughter Misty Hammon; her siblings, Earl, Ross Hawkins, Virginia Bratch and Vivian Hall; her son-in-law Richard Hammon; her stepdaughter Marian Macklin; her son Steven; her husband Pentecostal; her son Bill Hartz (Phyllis) of Jacksonville; her granddaughter Patty Hartz-Wade of New Berlin; her brother Paul Hawkins; and her stepchildren, Richard Chaney, Pauline Stout and Ben Chaney. She is also survived by 2 grandchildren, 9 great grandchildren and a great great granddaughter.
